Return & Exchange Policy
Magnums wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If within 30 days of receipt of your order, you are not positively satisfied, you may exchange it or return it for a full refund. The full cost of the return item will be refunded, EXCLUDING any shipping, handling, and/or gift wrapping costs. Refunds are made in the original form of payment. Please note that purchases made in our Clearance Center and personalized items are non-returnable.
Magnums will gladly accept the return of new and unused merchandise with any original packaging in tact (i.e. tags, watch & jewelry boxes, etc). Be sure to enclose your completed Easy Return Form with your merchandise and insure the package for the full purchase price. The form may be found in all packages shipped by Magnums, or you can feel free to download and print your own copy. You may send the package via your shipping method of choice to:Magnums.net

If you would like Magnums.net to supply you with a UPS return label, kindly contact us at email@example.com, or at 888-321-9477. Otherwise, feel free to use the carrier of your choice and be sure to insure your package for the full value of the item(s).
Save money and use the UPS return label to return your package via UPS. Simply attach the UPS return label to your return package and bring it to any UPS drop-off location. You won't pay for return shipping up front; instead, a discounted shipping charge of $6.95 will be deducted from your return upon processing. Additional fees may apply for oversized packages, and packages being shipped from Alaska and Hawaii.
You may also make a return to our boutique in New York.
Returns and exchanges are processed within 5 business days of receipt of the merchandise. If an exchange is made and there is a difference in price between the original and new item, the credit card that we have on file will either be credited or debited accordingly. Please allow up to 10 business days for your credit to be posted.

Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. In the event your order cannot be filled in that time frame, you will be contacted immediately via email and/or phone. Orders will be shipped pending credit approval. Magnums will not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped. Cut-off time for overnight shipping is 12pm EST.

Magnums is proud to offer international shipping via UPS or US Postal Service to a number of countries. Typical transit time is between 5 -10 business days; however, occasionally items can experience Customs delays of up to several weeks. Unfortunately, for this reason, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and in transit tracking cannot be provided, we can only confirm delivery. Please note: for security purposes, billing and shipping addresses must match on international orders.
