Watches often need a complete cleaning and overhaul to run properly. A typical cleaning and overhaul generally include:

• Disassembly of the case and dialed movement
• Cleaning and oiling of the movement
• Replacement of all worn and damaged movement parts
• Testing of the rate and adjustment if needed
• Water resistance test (when applicable)
• Reassembly of the case and dialed movement
• Quality control testing
• Free estimates

We suggest that you send your package via FedEx or UPS with a signature upon delivery request, and be sure to insure your package for the full value of the watch(es) enclosed. Please note: we do not recommend sending your package via USPS as they cannot be tracked while in transit. Your watch will be sent back to you free of charge.
