Securely wrap your jewelry and include your name, phone number, address, and a detailed description of what is in need of repair.

Send the package via FedEx or UPS secure shipping and be sure to include both tracking and signature request options. Also, please insure your package (if you are unsure about the estimated value, simply call us at 888-321-9477).

We recommend strongly that you contact us prior shipping your jewelry in for repair.

We will contact you within two business days of receiving your package with a free estimate of the cost of repairing your jewelry.
