Send the package via FedEx or UPS secure shipping and be sure to include both tracking and signature request options. Also, please insure your package (if you are unsure about the estimated value, simply call us at 1-888-MAGNUMS).

We recommend strongly that you contact us prior shipping your jewelry in for appraisal, so that we may offer you an estimate of the cost of appraising your jewelry.

We will contact you upon receipt of your package with the final cost of appraising your jewelry. Your official appraisal and jewelry will then be returned to you within 48 hours.
